Discover BIO PLANÈTE Organic Virgin Avocado Oil, obtained by first cold extraction from organically grown avocados (Persea americana). BIO PLANÈTE then filters the oil without adding any additives.

Its mild, distinctive avocado flavour makes it suitable for both cold dishes and cooking. Moreover, its high smoke point of 250°C makes this avocado oil particularly versatile in the kitchen.

How to use organic avocado oil

This oil works well in both cold and hot dishes. Use it to:

• cook vegetables and other foods in a pan;
• prepare wok dishes;
• dress salads;
• make dressings and sauces;
• add a mild avocado flavour to your dishes.

Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures, the oil is suitable for cooking. However, do not allow the oil to smoke.
