BIO PLANÈTE Organic Olive Oil with White Truffle

Discover BIO PLANÈTE Organic Olive Oil with White Truffle, a gourmet oil made with just two ingredients: 97% organic extra virgin olive oil and 3% organic white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico).

BIO PLANÈTE adds no flavourings, essential oils or additives. Instead, the white truffle is macerated directly in the olive oil, naturally releasing its distinctive aroma.

Olive oil with real white truffle

Tuber magnatum Pico white truffle is prized for its intense yet delicate aroma. Combined with extra virgin olive oil, it adds a refined gourmet touch to even the simplest dishes.

Just a few drops are enough. Use this truffle oil to:

• enhance risotto or pasta;
• add flavour to potatoes or vegetables;
• season carpaccio;
• add a touch of truffle to starters and cold dishes;
• finish a dish just before serving.

Moreover, its intense aroma means that only a small amount is needed. For best results, use it cold or as a finishing oil. Do not heat it, as this helps preserve its characteristic aroma.
