QR-invoice (prepayment)

We accept payment by bank transfer. If you use this method of payment, we will only dispatch the products once we have received your payment. Please note that this method of payment incurs almost no transaction costs.

How does it work?

We will send you an email with the details of your order, as well as the QR-code (in the email and the invoice).

When you make payment, our e-commerce system will automatically change the status of your order from “Awaiting payment” to “In progress” within 24-48 hours, after which your order will be dispatched to you. If it is a pre-order, we will place the order with our supplier and delivery will take place at a later date.

We will cancel your order after a certain period of time if we do not receive payment.

Payments by card

It is the payment method we recommend. The credit card guarantees security and flexibility especially when we have to make a refund.

You have the option to register your payment cards. The information is stored with our Payment Service Provider, which has been certified by PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) as having the highest level of PCI Service Provider Level 1 security.

We are also working with our PSP to offer you new payment solutions.
