Our Commitment
Our products are certified organic according to the Swiss Ordinance on Organic Farming (910.18) by the independent body ProCert. We aim to provide our customers with maximum transparency regarding the traceability of our organic products.
We are committed to offering carefully selected organic products that combine quality, authenticity, and enjoyment. Our approach is based on strict criteria: ingredients from responsible supply chains, environmentally friendly production methods, and artisanal know-how. The goal is not to consume more, but to consume better – with consistency, high standards, and common sense.
Our logistics setup is designed to minimize our climate impact. We drive between 10 and 20 kilometers per week as needed; the rest of the transport is handled by Swiss Post. Upstream, we use an existing supply chain that operates independently of our activity.
We reuse most of the cardboard boxes received from our suppliers. These boxes are also used to supply our physical points of sale.
We encourage organic producers to become pick-up point partners to expand our offer of fresh products. Together, we contribute to building a more sustainable world.
We adopt a collaborative approach for solutions not developed in-house. Whenever possible, we try to use startup solutions based in Switzerland.
We are committed to offering the best organic products. We select our products based on strict quality criteria. Your opinion matters – leave reviews on the products you enjoy, and those that disappointed you. We will adjust our selection accordingly.
