Description:
The black cumin oil of BIO Planet is extracted by gentle pressure of seeds of Egypt of high quality before being filtered only once. It presents a high polyunsaturated fatty acid content and contains the thymoquinone, an active principle. It is therefore very popular for applications in aromatherapy, in order to treat allergies. The black cumin oil has a strongly spiced taste which accords very well with oriental dishes, pita breads, chick peas, cheese and beans. The degree of full maturity of seeds gives this oil its digestibility.
If it is taken in the form of a cure, the latter must not exceed 12 to 16 consecutive weeks. The oil of black cumin is not indicated for pregnant women because of the essential oils that it contains.
