How to use organic black cumin oil

Just a small amount is enough to enhance a variety of dishes. Use this oil with:

• chickpeas and legume purées;
• flatbreads and pita bread;
• beans and vegetable dishes;
• salads and cold dishes;
• strong, mature cheeses.

Thanks to its distinctive flavour, only a small amount is needed. Moreover, use the oil cold or add it after cooking. BIO PLANÈTE recommends that black cumin oil should not be heated.

Storage and directions for use

Store in a cool place away from light. After opening, keep the bottle refrigerated and use within a maximum of 3 months.

Do not heat.

Pregnancy: BIO PLANÈTE recommends avoiding the consumption of black cumin oil during pregnancy.
