Our anchovies, perfect for pizzas and preserves, are traditionally caught and matured for 6 months in salt barrels. They are available in 95g jars.

These anchovies are artisanally caught using seine nets, then hand-filleted. After maturing in salt barrels for 6 months, we preserve them in extra virgin organic olive oil.
