Anchovy is an oily fish with numerous health benefits:

We present them here in organic extra virgin olive oil, rich in oleic acid, which helps regulate blood cholesterol levels.
Our production process
The vinegar-marinated anchovy fillets are hand-raised, one by one, then marinated in white wine vinegar. Their fine, delicate flavour makes them unique.
After opening
To preserve their full flavour for up to five days after opening, we recommend keeping the anchovies in the fridge, preferably closed and completely immersed in olive oil. Don’t hesitate to adjust the oil level if necessary.
