Description

Noitée dress with golden reflections. The nose is more immediate than first cold pressed oil. On the palate, the attack appears more rustic, yet we can feel fullness with a fleshy persistence. Its use is evident in all nut-based desserts, but also with vegetables with healthy bitters.

This gourmet organic walnut oil also marks the creation of Maison Vigean in 1930. It is obtained using a traditional method, which consists of crushing the kernels with a stone grindstone. The resulting dough is then toasted in cast iron pans before the oil is extracted by small presses.
