The versatility of this oil makes it ideal for frying, cooking in the frying pan and oven. It is the outcome of a special variety of sunflower seeds particularly rich in oleic acid, which allows it to resist high temperatures, up to 210 °C.
The frying oil pan-fried is neutral in taste and odour-free thanks to a brief treatment at the water vapour after the crushing (deodorisation). This process allows him to highlight the best of the Intrinsic flavour of foods. It can replace the butter in the cuisine including sandblasted and cakes. It is also perfect for the seizure to bright light of meat, fish, tofu, fritters of vegetables or potatoes sautéed. Its high vitamin E content, as well as in monounsaturated fatty acids, makes this oil an invaluable ally in daily life.
