Description:

BIO PLANÈTE Nigella oil is made from carefully grown black cumin seeds harvested in Egypt. It is cold-pressed without heat, which preserves all of its natural active compounds. This gentle method keeps the oil rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and thymoquinone, a compound known for its health benefits.

Thanks to its bold and spicy flavour, this oil enhances a variety of dishes. It pairs especially well with:

chickpeas or legume purées,
flatbreads and pitas,
cooked beans,
and hard cheeses.

Furthermore, the seeds are pressed at peak ripeness, which ensures optimal digestibility. If used as a supplement, the recommended duration is 12 to 16 weeks maximum. However, this oil is not suitable for pregnant women due to its natural essential oil content.
