Daikon radish to sprout
More or less pungent flavor for this radish, also known as white radish.
Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germline tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.
Level of ease: with a little know-how. Radish seed can be trickier and take longer to germinate than some other reputedly easy seeds.
As the radish ferments quite easily, it may be advisable to rinse it more frequently (3 times a day)
Soaking time: 1 night
Germination time: 4 to 6 days.
Ingredients: 100% sprouting seeds of Daikon radish (Raphanus sativus), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: Italy.
Bag of 100g.
To be eaten in crunchy shoots of 2 to 3 cm, in salads and raw vegetables. Ideal to give bite to your sandwiches, to mix with soft vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
