Recommended sprouter: Germ’line tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.
Degree of ease: easy in short germs. Growing wheatgrass is significantly more technical.
Soaking time: 12 hours.
Germination time: 2 to 3 days.
Ingredients: 100% wheat sprouting seeds (Triticum aestivum), from organic farming.
Origin of the seeds: France.
Bag of 200g.
To be eaten in sprouts of about 0.5 cm, in shoots of 1 cm or in grass to extract the juice (strands of about 15 cm).
Delicious plain for breakfast, in salads, to accompany winter dishes and soups or to enhance your desserts. Also used in the form of Essene breads.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
