Sprouting red cabbage
Sweet and slightly bitter flavor.
Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germ’line tiered sprouter, following the instructions for use delivered with the sprouter, or accessible via our website.
Level of ease: with a little know-how. Red cabbage seed can be trickier and take longer to germinate than some other reputedly easy seeds.
Soaking time: 4 to 6 hours.
Germination time: 4 to 6 days.
Ingredients: 100% seeds to germinate red cabbage (Brassica oleraceo capitata rubra), from organic farming.
Origin of seeds: Italy.
Bag of 100g.
To be eaten in raw shoots of 2 to 3 cm, in raw vegetables or soups. The small colored shoots will be very decorative on the plate.
Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
