Solleone’s organic Cappelli spaghetti is made from Cappelli wheat, a historic wheat variety from Antico Rieti, typical of the Abruzzo region.
These pasta, made in the traditional “Chitarra” shape, perfectly represent the regional cuisine of Abruzzo.
Low-temperature drying (55°C for 27 hours) and the use of a bronze die preserve the texture and authentic taste of the pasta.
