These organic bilberries are freeze-dried. The process (<0°C) removes the water while retaining the taste of the fruit.
The texture remains light and crunchy, with no added sugar or additives.
It’s practical to take with you, yet simple to use. For example, add them to yoghurt, muesli or tea,
or use them as a topping for cakes, ice creams, confectionery and chocolate.
Fresh fruit equivalent: 16 g ≈ 112 g fresh blueberry | 60 g ≈ 420 g fresh blueberry.
