We manufacture the Iconic JOONE Diaper in France. Indeed, its composition is clear and its design is unique. It effectively protects your baby’s bottom. Moreover, it keeps the skin dry and offers both comfort and style, day and night. 🌿

Healthy and Traceable Composition

• Core: We use TCF (Totally Chlorine Free) cellulose bleached without chlorine. It comes from FSC® certified Finnish forests and other controlled sources.
• Absorbent: We use SAP (sodium polyacrylate) in the form of ultra-absorbent micro-beads that can retain up to 150 times their weight in liquid.
• Acquisition Layer: We choose polyester for this layer.
• Surface Layer: We use BIO PE/PLA for the surface, which is made from natural materials such as sugarcane and corn starch.
• Outer Layer: We print the polyethylene/polypropylene with water-based inks. We do not use any solvents.
• Barriers: We incorporate BIO PE/PP, a blend of natural materials and polypropylene.
• Other Components: We add latex-free elastics, an adhesive based on synthetic resin, and elements in polyamide and polyester.

Note: Some batches temporarily use FSC®-CW (Elementary Chlorine Free) cellulose instead of FSC® mixed TCF.
