Description
The Organic Ceremonial Matcha from nüMorning is a finely ground Japanese green tea from organic farming. Thanks to its ultra-fine texture and its vibrant green color, it offers a silky mouthfeel and a creamy foam during preparation. Moreover, its taste remains smooth and vegetal, without bitterness, which makes it ideal for drinking pure.
This matcha comes from carefully selected green tea leaves. Therefore, it fits perfectly into a daily ritual. You can enjoy it hot or cold, but you can also use it in a matcha latte or in cooking to add a refined vegetal touch to your recipes.
In addition, matcha naturally contains antioxidants, chlorophyll and L-theanine. As a result, it supports concentration and provides a smooth, long-lasting energy, without nervousness or sudden crashes.

Directions for use
Pour about 1 g of matcha into a bowl. Then add 70 to 80 ml of hot but not boiling water, ideally between 70 and 80 °C. Next, whisk vigorously until you obtain a fine and smooth foam. You can also use this matcha to prepare a matcha latte or for sweet recipes.
