The jars should be kept cool and consumed within 48 hours after opening. To properly store lacto-fermented vegetables after opening, we advise you to use clean cutlery when serving, to leave the vegetables in their juices and above all to close the jar tightly after use to limit contact with air.
Our lacto-fermented vegetables are fermented with sea salt. We add no vinegar, no additives and no sugar. The crunch and tangy flavor of our lactofermented vegetables are the natural result of the lactofermentation process.
