Weather conditions of the vintage: 2022 began with a mild and extremely rainy winter, followed by a cold and dry spring, with negative temperatures causing significant frost damage. The four dry weeks at the end of August were crucial for berry ripening.

Terroir: limestone plateau and clay-limestone slope
Grape varieties: 69% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc
Harvest dates: from September 28 to October 8
Cultivation method: Organic and biodynamic wine certified by FR-BIO-01 Agriculture France and controlled by Biodyvin through ECOCERT France SAS
Aging: 75% in barrel and vat, 25% in tank and amphora
Yield: 27 hectoliters/ha
Production: 31,700 bottles
