Weather conditions of the vintage: 2021 began with a mild and extremely rainy winter, followed by a cold and dry spring, with negative temperatures causing significant frost damage. The four dry weeks at the end of August were crucial for berry ripening.

Grape varieties: 69% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc
