Description
Bio Maragogype – Mexico 100% Arabica is an exceptional coffee grown in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. Harvested from the rare Maragogype variety – known as “elephant beans” for their large size – this grand cru reveals a smooth, elegant and low-acidity profile.
This organic coffee offers a round, lightly creamy texture with a balanced taste and very little acidity. On the palate, it delivers subtle cocoa notes and a long, harmonious finish without bitterness. Perfect for those who enjoy gentle filter methods or a mild espresso.
