Product Definition:
Albacore tuna (Atún Claro) in organic extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients:
- Albacore tuna (Thunnus albacares) 73%
- Olive oil 26%
- Salt 1%
Organoleptic Characteristics:
- Color: Yellow-pink, characteristic of the product.
- Flavor: Mild tuna flavor, enhanced by the organic extra virgin olive oil.
Microbiological Standards:
This canned product has been sterilized according to a time/temperature process, ensuring the destruction of Clostridium botulinum spores, as well as all other heat-resistant spores that may deteriorate the product. It is a sterilized product, presenting no risk during its shelf life.
Processing Controls:
Controls established according to the HACCP program.

The tuna used in our production is wild-caught and naturally GMO-free. All other ingredients used are also certified GMO-free by their producers.
