Composed of 100% legumes, this mix is a must-have in your kitchen.

Recommended sprouter: jar sprouter or Germ’line tiered sprouter, following the instructions supplied with the sprouter.

Level of ease: easy and fast.

Soaking time: 1 night.
Germination time: 3 to 4 days.

Ingredients: 34% chickpea seeds (Cicer arietinum), 33% green lentil seeds (Lens culinaris), 33% fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenugraecum), from organic farming.

Origin of the seeds: France.

To be eaten in raw shoots of 2 to 3 cm, to bite into as an aperitif or associated with your fresh summer salads, your starchy salads or your sandwiches. This mix will also pleasantly accompany your meats and vegetable broths.

Your sprouted seeds will be better fresh. If you do not consume them immediately, keep them for a few days in your refrigerator, preferably in a closed container with cling film.
