A South wind blows over the Phare d’Eckmühl sardines, with a new recipe of sardines with Provence herbs and extra virgin organic olive oil. The flavor of the herbs delicately scents and flavors the olive oil for a combination that breathes sunshine!
These sardines come from responsible purse seine fishing along the Breton coasts. Hand-prepared in Douarnenez in Finistère, they are rich in omega-3, calcium, vitamin D, and B12.
