It has large grains with a compact and crystalline structure, as well as a translucent white color. It is an Italian autochthonous variety with a long stem and deep roots. It is a very versatile rice, excellent for salads and risottos. It is recommended to serve it al dente. It is vacuum-packed and each package comes with a label that describes its sensory characteristics, territories of origin and cultivation techniques.
