Half the success of a good pizza is the dough. The selection of a wheat variety adapted (Manitoba) contributes to this success. The dough ball obtained after the kneading and the lifting gives a very flexible dough that can be spread finely without cracking. It rises again during the cuisine, brightens and becomes crispy in surface while keeping a softness in the interior.
Utilisation tips:
Perfect in hand or bread machine. Simply add the yeast or BIO leaven and salt. Council recipe on the back of the bag.
