Alce Nero organic spelled spaghetti are obtained using only organic spelled of the Triticum Dicoccum variety grown in Italy. The rough surface makes them particularly suitable for absorbing condiments, guaranteeing quality and taste for each preparation.
The packaging of this paste is made of paper, without any use of plastic. Only water-based inks and glues, without chemical components, were used for printing and closing the package. It can be disposed of when collecting paper.
