product specificities :

primeal went to seek its Thai rice to the north-east of Thailand, in the region of the Issan. Among the many varieties grown in Thailand, The Hom Mali or Thai rice is considered as the reference because of it’s quality, provided that it has been grown, as do our producers, in rice paddy fields located in Issan, irrigated simply by the rains and located on a light soil. The characteristics of this terroir gives a long rice to fragrance if deemed of jasmine.

utilisation tips:

rinse and cook 1 volume of rice in 2 volumes of water to covered during 30 mn until full absorption of the water. Salt at the end of cuisine. A soft texture, it is eaten preferably nature in accompaniment or in a salad.
