By its nature, psyllium thickens on contact with water. To obtain a smooth and fluid texture, it is advisable to dilute 1 teaspoon of psyllium in 200 ml of liquid; the equivalent of a large glass of water, fruit juice or a bowl of soup. It is recommended
also to distribute the catch well over the day (2 to 3 times a day).
In the case of greater transit difficulties or as part of a diet, it is possible to increase the number of catches during the day. Be sure to always consume with a sufficient amount of liquid. Avoid a too thickened consistency, more difficult to ingest.
