Primeal went to seek its Thai rice to the north-east of Thailand, in the region of the Issan. Among the many varieties grown in Thailand, The Hom Mali or Thai rice is considered as the reference because of it’s quality, provided that it has been grown, as do our producers, in paddy rice fields located in Issan, irrigated simply by the rains and located on a light soil. The characteristics of this terroir gives a long rice of jasmine fragrance.
rinse and cook 1 volume of rice in 2 volumes of water, covered during 15 mn , salt the food at the end . A soft texture, it is eaten preferably naturally or with salad.
