The choice of the variety of rice is essential to make sushi with a perfect consistency. Our special sushi rice will therefore be ideal for making your sushi platters. It is a tender, sticky rice that makes it very easy to shape sushi balls.
Premium Organic Round White Rice
Rinse the rice under cold water and drain. Pour a volume of rice in 3 times its volume of cold water. Bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat with the lid on for 12 minutes until all the cooking water has been absorbed. Leave to cool off the heat. Then add rice vinegar (1 tablespoon for 100 g of rice) and sugar (1/2 tablespoon of sugar for 100 g of rice or 1 tablespoon for approximately 150 g). Then make your sushi according to your usual recipe. Also ideal for designing Asian recipes. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
