Alce Nero yoghurt and honey shortbreads are produced only with extra virgin olive oil, without eggs, flavorings or fats of animal origin. The flour comes exclusively from organic wheat grown in Italy. The yoghurt shortbreads and Alce Nero honey, produced with STG hay milk yoghurt, are perfect for breakfast or for a gourmet break, and can also be enjoyed with one of our teas.
