This honey has an amber color. Naturally crystallized, its smell and taste change depending on the flowers foraged. After extraction of the honey by mechanical centrifugation, the honey is cold decanted, then filtered and conditioned. The treatment temperature is always lower at 50°C.
Millefleur honey is versatile and can be used to sweeten hot drinks or spread on bread.
