Description
Cashew fruits, a common shrub in India, at the meeting, America and Africa, are dried in warm air in our factory. This gentle and natural drying process develops their aroma and improves their digestibility.
They are then crushed with a grinding wheel at low temperature.
It is very digestible and tolerated by the most fragile intestines.
Board of Use: The cashew puree is mainly consumed in the kitchen, diluted with a little water. It goes very well with all kinds of raw vegetables.
Recipe idea: Avocado sauce
Peel a avocado, mix with a tablespoon of cashew puree, lemon juice, half a glass of water, a pinch of salt and pepper.
This sauce can cover raw vegetables and replace a dressing.
